I dont think it works in Boston

Ive tried this app twice when there was surge pricing on uber. The first time, it told me to avoid surge pricing by requesting an uber IN the Charles River. The second time, it recommended walking almost 2 miles from my current location, not even to avoid surge pricing but to find a 0.4 drop in the surge rate.
